Chief Product Manager

As Chief Product Manager you will report to the Head of Platforms and contribute to developing and improving our agile workflow together.
You will guide our Product Owners in the right direction to increase delivery, efficiency and our ability to develop the best solutions for our internal customers.
This means that you will, among other things:
• Evolve our agile organisation by supporting the Head of Data Platforms in establishing forums, processes and working methods.
• Develop a Product Owner organisation which enables us to prioritize and deliver efficiently.
• Further develop our operating model to ensure a frictionless collaboration between IT, data, analytics, business professionals and stakeholders.
• Support the business stakeholders in defining clear targets which enables efficient development and delivery of Data Platform products and services.
• Establish and develop the data strategy and framework in close collaboration with our Data Competence Leads.

To be successful in this role you have previous experience of product management for data & analytics solutions and a functional leader role within an agile IT-organisation.
This encompasses:
• Being accustomed to working with various analytical tools (e.g. SQL, SAS, python, PowerBI) as well as agile/DevOps tools (e.g. Atlassian suite or Azure DevOps).
• Substantial and broad understanding of business needs and stakeholder strategies as well as how they can be transformed into
deliverable data and analytics products by the development teams.
• Experience and skill in orchestrating and planning a complex landscape with several platforms, development teams and stakeholders.
• Experience of defining and driving an agile product delivery roadmap with Product Managers/Owners and coaching them in a growth phase.
• Experience of migrating data platforms to cloud and the challenges of working with both on-prem and cloud during such a migration.
• Ability to communicate in written and verbal Swedish and English with both technical and business people from a strategic, tactical, and operational perspective.

Additionally, it’s meritorious if you have:
• experience from banking/finance/insurance industry
• experience of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
• experience or certification as an Agile Coach or similar agile leadership roles
• experience working within enterprise agile frameworks like SAFe

Your team
Our organization consists of five delivery teams directed by Product Owners and Team Coaches, and managed by the Head of Data Platforms. You will work with several departments within Handelsbanken such as our Data Management Team, Corporate, Business Operations and many other key stakeholders. In other words, you will a have a great network and responsibility to make a significant impact.
